Also talk about what is important to you about these 3 points, think about good arguments for your opinions: 

  • Should both be equal or should a distinction be made between main class representative and deputy class representative?
  • Is it important whether there is a girl and a boy in the class representative team or not?
  • Should the persons be familiar with the tasks of the class representatives or should it also be an opportunity for the persons to strengthen their skills as a class representative team and to grow beyond themselves?

It is important to think about these points BEFORE the election and make a decision as a class. If this is not done, these points will certainly be discussed later when students have already been nominated. This is unpleasant for the nominees. Therefore, find a common clarity in the role description.
