Come together in small groups and do two rounds to collect the responsibilities and tasks. Practice sociocratic moderation and speak in rounds.
Take notes in preparation for the group work:
What strengths and skills do you need to fulfill the tasks of class representative well?
In your small group, collect in two rounds which strengths and skills are required to take on the responsibilities and tasks of the class representative team.

Also talk about what is important to you about these 3 points, think about good arguments for your opinions:
It is important to think about these points BEFORE the election and make a decision as a class. If this is not done, these points will certainly be discussed later when students have already been nominated. This is unpleasant for the nominees. Therefore, find a common clarity in the role description.

Now that you have completed the role description of the class representative team, put yourself in the shoes of the class representative team.
Regardless of whether you want to be class representative or not, think about these two questions:
1. what you would be good at as class representative, what your strengths would be.
2. what you could improve on in order to do the job of class representative well.
